As part of the Wrightstown Community School District’s superintendent search, CESA 7 gathered feedback from staff, families, students, and community members to better understand the qualities the community values in its next leader. The survey results, now compiled in a summary dashboard, reflect a district that places strong importance on clear communication, collaboration, and leadership that builds trust and connection.

Respondents expressed a desire for a superintendent who communicates openly, listens carefully, and engages others in meaningful problem-solving. The community emphasized the need for a leader who is collaborative in approach, confident in decision-making, and committed to strengthening relationships across the district.

Survey comments also highlighted the importance of personal character. Participants described the ideal superintendent as someone who leads with integrity, approaches their work with empathy, and fosters an environment where staff and families feel supported. Expertise in teaching and learning, staff development, and fiscal oversight were also identified as priorities for the district’s next leader.

These insights will guide the search process as Wrightstown moves forward in selecting a superintendent who reflects the community’s values and is prepared to support continued growth for students and staff.
